Client Care Specialist & Executive Assistant

As the Signature Sold Team’s Executive Assistant, Melissa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administration of the Team’s business. Having worked in a managerial position for 15 years, and spending 5 years as a veterinary assistant, she not only has immense experience practicing discretion, but has developed and implemented steadfast organizational skills.

Melissa was born in Toronto but her family of 6 quickly moved out of the busy city to a quiet, little town in between Alliston and Wasaga Beach. Melissa has always been more of a country girl, which landed her first home in a small community just outside of Wasaga Beach. As a very family oriented and active individual, she balances her personal life with team sports and time spent with her loved ones. It was due to this that Melissa was looking for a more family-oriented career. When the opportunity to join the Signature Sold Team arose, she saw the potential to grow and continually improve with them as work family.

As the determined team player she is, she has a passion for plowing through problems and finding solutions, organizing, and bringing things up to the best standards possible. Melissa makes it a personal goal each day to ensure work is being streamlined and their is a flow in the workplace. The entire team benefits from Melissa’s diligent work ethic and positive nature.
